• PeopleSoft Core Human Resources with Position Management and Budgeting Experience (minimum 6 years)
• PeopleSoft Core Human Resources with Variable Compensation Experience (minimum 4 years)
• PeopleSoft Fixed Assets Module experience (minimum 4 years)

Role Description:
Providing detailed business knowledge of the PeopleSoft HCM functionality Educating the Project Team with respect to the delivered capabilities of the in-scope PeopleSoft HCM modules Working with the Business Analysts to validate requirements and to configure the applicable functional area Facilitating the Fit/Gap Analysis process and the documentation of the results Working with the Business Analysts to define business and functional specifications for modified or new (if any) system customizations, rules, reports, interfaces, etc Completing all changes to system configuration and prepare detailed system configuration documents Providing functional guidance to the Upgrader on changes to the PeopleSoft HCM application caused by the new release and performs any functional tasks required by the Upgrader Understanding and abiding by the Project Charter Adhering to all project standards and procedures Participating in weekly Project Team meetings Advising the Subject Matter Experts on system configuration and security definition best-practices Ensuring skills/knowledge transfer and mentoring to Project Team members Assisting in the creation and execution of scenarios and scripts for all test cycles Executing system cycle testing and integration testing Supporting end user testing Identifying, documenting and assisting with the resolution of project-related issues such as system bugs Participating in end user application training and assist in the development of "net change" training materials, as applicable Providing post-implementation production support, as required
