Mr. Palmer has over 15 years of experience in management of solutions incorporating industrial-strength hardware, software and services. His background involves sales, marketing, and technical administration in a wide range of information technology, computer systems and software's. Mr. Palmer has managed multi-million-dollar territories; increasing revenues three fold, while supporting several services, sales and marketing groups.
Doug Hicks – Vice President of Corporate Development
Mr. Hicks has over 19 years Business experience in helping Senior Executives of medium to large organizations in Canada. He has been involved in helping Executive Management teams in re-organizations, business re-engineering, Sales & Marketing, and Market penetration with the final objective of Top/Bottom line growth. Mr. Hicks experience in the High Tech Sector has earned him a reputation with Senior Executives in Fortune 1000 companies. He has successfully managed regions for some of the most innovative companies in North America, such as NCR, Netscape Communications, AOL-Time Warner, Rogers Communications, and Canon.
Mr. Hicks graduated with a Degree in Business from Montreal and is now playing an instrumental role in providing business and technology ROI for a handful of Unilogik’s strategic clients in Western Canada.
Vikram Kumar – President and Director of Business Development
Mr. Kumar has 20 years of Business experience of which the last 10 years has been in IT. He has been involved with Unilogik Systems for over 9 years, focusing on Business Development and building relationships with a select few technology Tier-1 software/hardware Partners.
Mr. Kumar graduated with an Honors Degree in Business Management and a Diploma in Management Information Systems. With a consultative approach honed during his years at Unilogik Systems, he has been instrumental in helping clients in various Organizations in leveraging the right technologies to solve their business challenges.
Christina Baker – Corporate Office Manager
Ms. Baker has extensive experience ensuring the office administration runs smoothly and efficiently. Ms. Baker is the organizational link between the supplier and the client; confirming orders are processed and shipped on time. Ms. Baker also organizes seminars and promotional materials to keep the customers informed of upcoming news and events.

K. Gordin – Senior UNIX Oracle Advisor
Armed with a Master of Science in Computer Science, Mr. Gordin is a senior Oracle specialist and has provided database and system administration services for 10 years. Some of his strengths include: Managing Development, Oracle Applications, data warehouse databases and Unix servers.
J. Wang – Senior Oracle Consultant
Mr. Wang brings with him over 10 years expertise as an Oracle specialist. He specializes in architecting, administering and tuning Oracle applications and databases. As a certified OCP, with a Master’s in IT, Mr. Wang has extensive experience in larger mission critical production environments using leading edge Technology tools. Some of his other strengths include, Oracle RAC, Advanced Replication, RMAN, Veritas Cluster, Oracle Financials, HP-UX, Solaris and Linux.
S. Lee – Senior Oracle Technical Consultant
Mr. Lee has a Master's degree in Computer Science with over 10 years experience in large organizations. He has extensive consulting experience in various system platforms and Internet core technology, such as Oracle, HP-UX, AIX, Linux, Windows, VB, Java/JSP, MySQL, and Veritas. Mr. Lee has a facility for strong project planning, design and analytical skills.
V. Zhang – Senior Consultant - Enterprise Systems
Mr. Zhang's certifications include, CISSP, SUN Solaris and HP-UX System Administrator, CCNA, MCSE and CNA. With over 13 years experience in large 24x7 mission critical environment his experience includes: Enterprise architecture solution design, research, development and implementation of Systems Management solutions including analyzing systems and application requirements; and maintaining and supporting Production Systems Management environment.
J. Chin – Senior Network Architecture Consultant
With over 15 years consulting experience on mission-critical networks. Mr. Chin has been engaged in many high profile network projects for the public sector (e.g. hospitals and governments) and the top enterprise networks in B.C. A Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP), Mr. Chin also has extensive expertise on Linux and Solaris systems.
S. Staves – Senior Systems and Technical Consultant
With 14 years experience in the computer industry, Mr. Staves has implemented
many enterprise solutions. A strong background in computer systems and
servicing coupled with extensive knowledge of Windows 2000, DNS and Active
Directory security, make him invaluable in supporting and implementing
network solutions. Mr. Staves also has in depth knowledge of Veritas NetBackup
Enterprise with extensive experience in Unix and Windows environments.
S. Gustafsson – Senior Oracle/Unix Consultant
Mr. Gustafsson is a Senior Oracle and Unix Consultant with over 8 years
experience in Oracle 7/8/9 and 10g. He also has very strong expertise on
Redhat Linux and SUN Solaris 8, 9, 10 for the Sparc platform. Mr. Gustafsson brings with him over 20 years experience in planning, developing and
implementing state of the art Information Technology solutions facilitating
corporate growth. Mr. Gustafsson brings a strong understanding of technology and its
application for business use. Much of his experience has involved in
bringing together the business units and the technical communities to
leverage ideal technologies to solve Business issues/challenges.

With extensive experience in managing teams during various stages of Planning , Analysis and Design, Implementation, Testing & Training, Diraj has a strong reputation of on-time and on-budget Projects.
