We respect your privacy and are committed to handling personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.

• Technology partners when you request a quote, demo, or proof of concept that involves a specific vendor (e.g., Red Hat, Fortinet, Dynatrace, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS) - only the information needed to fulfil your request
• Legal authorities if required to comply with applicable law, court orders, or to protect our rights or the safety of others

6. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for essential site functionality, performance analytics, and (where you've opted in) marketing measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some site features.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and IT professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. CASL - Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation

Unilogik Systems Inc. complies with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), which governs commercial electronic messages (CEMs) sent to recipients in Canada.

12.1 Consent

We send commercial electronic messages - including newsletters, event invitations, service updates, and marketing communications - only with your express or implied consent as defined under CASL:

• Express consent is obtained when you knowingly opt in (for example, by submitting a form on our website, subscribing to our newsletter, or registering for an event).
• Implied consent applies in limited situations recognized by CASL - including existing business relationships, recent purchases or contracts, and conspicuous publication of a business email address without a "no commercial messages" notice.

12.2 Identification & Contact Information

Every commercial electronic message we send identifies Unilogik Systems Inc. as the sender, includes our mailing address (304-1505 W 2nd Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6H 3Y4, Canada), and provides a working contact method (email and/or phone) so you can reach us about the message.

12.3 Unsubscribe

Every commercial electronic message we send includes a clear and prominent unsubscribe mechanism that:

• Lets you withdraw consent at no cost
• Remains functional for at least 60 days after the message was sent
• Is honoured within 10 business days, with no further action required from you

12.4 Complaints

If you believe you've received a commercial electronic message from Unilogik that does not comply with CASL, please contact us first at info@unilogik.com so we can investigate. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spam Reporting Centre operated by the CRTC.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated through our website or, where appropriate, by direct notice.
